The two, brand new two bedroom apartments with courtyard offer modern bright spaces, complete with all comforts.
Our only apartment with a furnished garden, sun umbrella and private washing machine. Return to the apartment for lunch, invite your friends and have a seat outside. This apartment is ideal for groups of friends and large families (up to 8 bed places – only on anticipated request) and dogs of small/medium size. Privacy is guranteed by a high fence (not seen in photos).

- You may add a baby cot to your apartment at the cost of €10 per day

- You may add a high chair (IKEA) at the cost of €5 per day
Surcharges for animals
- If you are travelling with your 4-legged friend there is to consider a surcharge of €10 per day. This cost is to cover additional cleaning expenses and sanification at the end of your stay.
Cleaning and change of linen
- There is a mandatory cleaning and change of linen at the end of your stay. Should you wish to add a cleaning and a change of linen you may do so at the following cost: change of linen and towels €30, or cleaning and change of linen and towels €50. This service is available with at least 24h notice beforehand.
Parking
- A parking space in the our private courtyard has a cost of €10 per day.
Bicycle rent
- you may rent a bicycle at the cost of €8 per day (€49 for a week)
Laundry room
- The apartment complex is equipped with industrial washer and dryer (both 10kg load) and costs €4 per cycle. The machines are operated with coins.
